This shit is EVERYWHERE with online dating. I’ve actually never risen to it, but that’s not because I recognised it for its purpose (weeding out betas) but because I saw it as attention seeking so I ignored it.
Even googling it, I only found one proper comment on it:

I don’t even think @Rollo or anyone else for that matter has ever dealt with it.
