Why are women ok with “submitting” to their bosses at work (where you ARE replaceable) and are against “submitting” to your husband (whom YOU chose and agreed to marry), who has the best interest for you and the family???

Kevin Samuels is mixing in the modern RP and terminology but rejects the specifics of Rollo. That might ruffle a few feathers, but orthodoxy is not something that we really care about.
But this is an interesting topic.
There’s a convergence of pick up, seduction, game, masculinity, and tradition. Modernity has muddied the waters, but the I do think each piece of the puzzle adds to the picture.
There’s a difference between men and women in the workplace.
Basically women will follow a script once they believe / or have it proved that it will lead to a desired outcome. If and when that is proven then they won’t deviate from or question that script (even if it breaks laws), and they will submit to the process.
If additional compliance rules are bought into play then women will seek to comply with those where men’s first impulse will be to avoid and challenge those.
The women are not submitting to their boss they’re submitting to the process and the boss represents that. Women are more ruthless in the workplace than men are by a long margin, but only within the rules.
Things like law, accountancy, and even medicine are rules based. Case law, accountancy rules, decisions on drug administration are fairly well laid out and women will follow those rules.
If you’re against a woman cunt in the workplace then move the debate outside the territory defined by any rules in place to introduce risk and she’ll fold like cheap lawn furniture. Don’t try the same trick with (real) men.
Men on the other hand will dick about with it and try to cut corners or do it “better” – in other words take a risk.
That’s why if you want compliance you have to employ women, and if you want innovation you have to employ men.
In terms of women not submitting to their men at home, the men concerned need to own that issue.
All women will submit to the right man. If she’s not submitting that’s more to do with him than her.
^^ incidentally that’s why the elite are “empowering” women.
They’re only empowered within the rules set by those elite. This is invisible to the women.
That’s also part of why there’s a marked move to disempower and ridicule men.
